All,

Please, I need you support.

I have currently Oracle database 12.2 installed on Linux SLS12 standalone (ASM + DB).

I have number of pluggable databases created on this database

I'm having connection issue happening from time to time.

checking the listener.log we found this error

31-OCT-2018 10:11:35 * (CONNECT_DATA=(CID=(PROGRAM=JDBC Thin Client)(HOST=__jdbc__)(USER=root))(SERVICE_NAME=mydb.com)) * (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=xx.xx.xx.xx)(PORT=37558)) * establish * mydb.com * 12518

TNS-12518: TNS:listener could not hand off client connection

TNS-12536: TNS:operation would block

  TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

   TNS-00506: Operation would block

    Linux Error: 11: Resource temporarily unavailable
