How can I compile custom PL\SQL package to the database to use it in the before trigger in cloud ?

Hello,

I'm currently converting Oracle EBS reports to Oracle Cloud Business Intelligence Publisher (I'm using the demo which is provided by Oracle). Some of these reports were using custom global temporary tables and PL\SQL packages in the before report. How can migrate these custom objects to Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher Cloud so I can use them in the event trigger.
