Oracle Webcenter Content - OracleTextSearch - Snippet - problem

Hi,

We are facing the following problem while enabling the Search Snippet for some documents.

The snippet shows

- strings starting with z and then numbers (Ex. z536563757265).

- the user document auther (Ex. ls58545s).

   <idc:srfDocSnippet><![CDATA[<span class="largeTableEntry"><span class="highlightField"></span></span>   z536563757265<b>...</b>makes the API easier to use, <span class="largeTableEntry"><span class="highlightField">test</span></span>, and verify that the  appropriate]]></idc:srfDocSnippet>
