RMA with wrong serial no. and cannot perform Misc issue and misc receipt

Hi ,

We have an issue wherein RMA receipt was done with wrong serial Nos.

We tried to perform Misc issue and then tried to perform Misc Receipt but system is not allowing .

The wrong serial was shipped to another customer with another Sales Order.

Can anyone please suggest.
