Pre flight check exception

Hi,

We are facing the preflight error for for Stat code sequence in the non-lead register randomly..

Store have 5 registers in total. Below options were tried:

1) deleted the statJournal.seq file from all the registers and restated xstore.

2) After store close when xstore came up we saw the preflight error for stat code again.

3) Found the lead register was having seq as 25 in sequence file as well as 25 in the loc_state_journal table. And for all the non-lead register this sequence number was 24 in both sequence file and database.
