Scheduled Database link

Using Enterprise Manager 11g.

Looking at the Overview under Advanced Replication: Administration

Scheduled Links shows 1, however there should be 2. How do I change this?

I am able to connect to the database via tnsping as well as running a query (select * from dual@mydb.com)

I assume I need to do something within Enterprise Manager to get this scheduled link to show? Thanks!
