How to set up AM&R aliases for Cloude ASR

The goal is to have our ControlCenter aliases set up as notification contacts for two of the customer's CSIs in order to receive ASR email alerts from two AM&R supported Exadata systems.

"Please have your MOS administrator for the following two CSI#'s add our aliases managed-ops-support_us@oracle.com  and managed-ops-support-apac_in@oracle.com added as notification contacts.   "

This is to enable ASR notifications via email, as a backup and correlation to generated events.
