Oracle E Business Suite - is it feasible with free Java/JDK/JRE

Hi Team,

Recently we got to know that Oracle will charge for "Java" as well along with EBS licenses and support etc.
Is there any feasibility that Oracle EBS functionality works as expected if we were to replace the licensed/charged java with freeware java/JDK/JRE environments etc wehreever required.
Does Oracle provide the complete details of its inbuild Java usage in any metalink note/page?

Please advise.
