R09110Z is giving Cache error

Hi All,

We are facing issue when the R09110Z UBE is getting triggered from Third party system by passing EDUS as a RI value to the UBE. We are getting below error. Its coming from Work Center.

This issue is coming only in Non-Prod environment. It works fine in Prod. All the PO values etc. are same in both the environments.

We checked the Logs but logs only shows calls to the WC application and BSFN which is giving above error. Logs don't show any calls to F0911 MBF. F0911Z1 has correct data, No duplicate records also.

It would be great if any one can help with this issue.
