BRM Error - ERR_STREAM_EOF

Dear MOSC,

Based on the subject an above, I would like to ask a question regarding error 'PIN_ERR_STREAM_EOF' in BRM oracle. The connection cm/dm_oracle have no issue. Database also no issue.

But the error causing the high exception for online process. For temporary solution is bounce the server.  Is there any advice or solution that I can use to solve the issue?

BRM version: 7.3.1

Error: err=50(PIN_ERR_STREAM_EOF), field=0(0)
