Revenue Recognition not generating while using the rule start date as previous period(For particular

If the rule start date of the line is in past the rev rec should just recognize the revenue for the past periods in current open period and still account it. But in our scenario for one specific period that is not creating and Transaction stuck in UNPROCESSED status? (Ex : We enabled our new OU in Jun-18 and Trying to create Transaction in Current month with Rule start date as 1st Jun-18 for 10 periods advance rule )

However system generating Revenue Recognition from Jul-18 on wards ,Looks like this is restricting only for particular month Jun-18 (which we enabled our New OU)
