E1 Recent Report in a carousal (When submitted via NER)

Hi Expert,

When submitted UBE using Batch Version Application (BV) ,there is new processing ube icon displays on a carousal recent report immediately.

But when access an Interactive Application and a UBE report was submitted via NER business function ,the new ube processing icon will not immediately show in a carousal recent report until

we press refresh icon on top. Why ? and how to workaround or it is function as designed. Anyone has seen this before ?
