WEBADI Run-Time error '13': type mismatch

I have a user that has Excel 2013 and is trying to upload a journal entry using WebADI. When she clicks on 'Enable Macros', she receives a Visual Basic error message:

Run-time error '13':

Type mismatch

In the Trust Center, she has 'Disable all macros with notification' checked and

'Trust access to the VBA project object model' checked.

I can open the workbook on my machine without a problem.
