Any validations, virus scans on attachments to Oracle

Hi,

We are R12.2.4

Does oracle validate the type of files which can be attached ? Say .pdf, .jpeg, .xls, .exe, ....................etc

Does oracle do run any virus scans on the files being attached by both internal and external users ?

Are these attached files stored in the oracle EBS database ?

Is there an archiving process available ?

We use iSupplier portal and our vendors attach their invoices on iSupplier portal.

We wish to know the risks of virus etc.
