Question: Adding multiple users to project groups automatically

It's fairly easy to add multiple users to groups when using template groups within a project template.  That method, however, adds those users to every project.

The goal I'm trying to achieve is - automatically adding a specific group of users (say from either the Company Workspace, or a project Shell) to projects within a specific region, whenever a shell is created using a single master template.

Anyone doing this?
