vendors are not receiving a remittance file

We are using XML Bursting Program to send a Remittance files to Supplier.But the Suppliers are not receiving the Remittance files though the XML Bursting Program is completed with normal with out having any issues.

Could some suggest what could be the reason and how to get it resolved.

Though the XML Bursting Program is completed with normal  i could see below message  in log
