Why system allows posing Cross OU Journal batches in GL

Dear Experts,

I have one question in GL.

Why Post journals form allows us to post journal batches belongs to other cross companies (which are same ledger)?

It will be a high risk if user posted other OU's batch.

We need one OU GL user can see the related OU batches and Journals only, and don't need to allow to post other OU batches.
