Hi everyone, Oracle iSupplier Portal+Purchasing

How internationial companies use Oracle iSupplier Portal+Purchasing if they have a lot of partners, counterparties in the system from China?

What  possibilities OEBS installation provide regarding the handbook (directory)in the system (for example, Entering the Name, the address of the counterparty, partner) in both Russian and Chinese? Or English/ Chinese
What kind of should NLS_lang be installed ,
what keyboard layout should we use,
how many bytes in this configuration will occupy 1 character.
