40% Bonus Depreciation

Does anyone have a Rate Chart by years 3,5,7 and 10, using Depreciation Method MACRS 40% Bonus 7yr Half-Year convention?  I can find 50% Bonus all over the place, but not 40%

Also, When you set up a Bonus code ie; 30, 40, 50% in Oracle, how can you see the rates per year that it will apply?
