Hazmat Items shipping

We are trying to implement hazmat goods planning with Fedex/UPS/DHL carriers via Bluejay(FlagShip).

Has any one worked on hazmat goods implementation with Lithium batteries on US-US lane or US-International lane? My questions are more around the errors for Fedex AIR t-modes in the Kewill rate call. Is OTM mapped to sending the number of Hazmat qty and weight of Hazmat item inside a box to Kewill in the rate call?I am getting some errors like The number of dangerous goods packages cannot exceed the number of packages in the shipment. But I dont see any field in Kewill-OTM integration guide which specifies the number of dangerous goods in a box.
