How to set up R12 security by book for an business Group with multiple legal entities ?

Hello

I am looking for suggestions on setting up R12 security by book in fixed assets Module for an Business group with multiple legal entities ?

In our current business scenario for US CORP books - we have One business group  and multiple legal entities defined , we are currently rolling out INDIA implementations and wanted to secure the books by different business Groups/ Operating units.

Per FA Security by Book functionality - the first step is to define an organization and assign the asset organization classification at legal entity level , so this is fine for INDIA as we have one BG- One legal entity defined . where in US -Corp books we have multiple legal entities ?
