Are group email addresses supported for PO Communication to Supplier?
For Supplier>Supplier Site we have setup communication as email and have provided a group email address which is associated to three separate email addresses (internal to our company). It appears as though notifications are being sent when looking at WF Notifications, status = sent. We are currently on release 12.2.3. I have searched both MetaLink and the internet and have not been able to determine if the use of group email addresses are supported. At this point I don't know if I have an issue with Oracle or something internal with our Outlook setup.
Can anybody out there tell me if group email addresses are supported for PO Communication?
