Send Email to Employee - Daily Time Entry (Manager Review/Approval)

Hello Community,

I just have a couple of questions, I'm hoping someone can answer for me.

In P051127 (Daily Time Entry), there is a "Send Email to Employee" function.

Can someone tell me if that email address associated to the link is locked down to Line 1/Messaging Indicator 1 of the address book in P01111 (Email/Internet Revisions) associated to the employee?

Or can this be changed at all?

Is there somewhere that the "Send Email to Employee" can be managed to, for example, identify that only emails ending in "@xxxxxxxxxxxx" be associated to this link?

Or in this case, would we have to ensure that all emails ending in "
