Query to identify the parties who are both suppliers as well as customers based on the VAT Number

Hi Experts,

I have the below requirement.,

US customers:
All customers who are are registered as suppliers also will be checked based on same KVK numbers. If the KVK numbers are same the parties are also same. They may or may not have the same party registration under TCA architecture.
Current situation the KVK number can be found in the SIC field but it is going to be moved to the TaxpayerID field in Oracle.

Non-US Customers:
    All customers who are registered as suppliers would be checked based on same VAT numbers. If the BTW number are same the parties are also same. They may or may not have the same party registration under TCA architecture.
