Unable to replace unknown symbols and characters from Beneficiary Name

Dear All,

We want to remove the special characters and symbols from Beneficiary Name in Payment file.
We have used REPLACE function in BI publisher template but some of the unknown symbols and characters not able to identify to replace.

However, I have tried with REGEXP_REPLACE function in BI publisher template but the system did not recognize the REGEXP function.

Please advise any standard function available to replace symbols and characters.
