Unable to merge Customer to another.

Hi

When try to merge Customer with other,  system unable to Proceed merging process , Customer stuck to merge and get message Note

A request to merge account XXX with account 3050 has already been submitted. Please ensure that the request has completed before you reselect account XXX.
