Exchange rate variance affecting Advance Pricing

Hello, I have come across a peculiar issue, in which exchange rate variance( USD to CNY) is affecting the Pricing which is ok, but The end user does not want exchange rate variance to affect final pricing on the Sales Order for certain Items

Is there a way by which we can exclude certain items to be affected from Pricing.

The SHIP TO/ SOLD TO  and Business Unit is same for all the items so any changes on the customer front is ruled out.

Is there anyway by which we can achieve the above outcome.
