Business Rules deployment error

Hi, I am getting below error, while deploying the Business rule.

"The deployment was not successful.
An error occurred while trying to deploy to the server.
Error:Calc Manager deployment failed with Exception: : XML-20108: (Fatal Error) Start of root element expected.."
