Yellow Warning Sign & Update Failedon On Shared Watchlist

Hello All, 

I created a watch list and shared it...but when i hover on / execute it,  it is giving me a message as "Update Failed" with an yellow warning sign.

I have gone through the Doc ID 2054315.1 and as per the given instructions the query I used has the access to *PUBLIC role...but still i am facing the same issue.

Also in the document the cause is mentioned as "Advanced Query is not being copied to *PUBLIC but instead being copied only to a User Role in User Overrides application (P98950). "

But when i verified P98950, I am not able to see the records with Advance Query or saved query.
