OAM->Weblogic Administration Console link returns "The webpage cannot be displayed"

We are on EBS 12.2.5. When I go to System Administration -> Oracle Applications Manager -> Site Map -> System Configuration -> Weblogic Administration Console, it returns the error message:

The webpage cannot be displayed

The problem is that the url is not correct. How do I configure the correct url to naviaget to the Weblog Administration Console?
