Remote RateInquiry ignores SMC LTL rates for certain lanes

Hi,

We are on 6.4.2 on-premise and we're seeing Remote Rate Inquiry failing to get any LTL rates for certain lanes.

OTM is connected with SMC and carrier connect for LTL rates and the remote RIQ doesn't return any LTL rates even though it is the cheaper option for only certain lanes. We do see the LTL rates coming back correctly if we do a RIQ via OTM UI for the same lane.

Can anyone shed some light on what could be the issue? This seems to happening only when requested via Remote Rate Query.
