Is there not root.sh and orainstroot.sh on Oracle 18c ?

I just installed my first Oracle 18c 4 node RAC cluster on linux. I used dbca and the creation completed fine , but there was no prompt at the end to run root.sh or oraInstroot.sh.

Is that expected behavior?
