Cannot change the receipt number in Standard Recipt Entry P03B102

Hi All,

After entered the transaction in standard receipt entry P03B102 the users are unable to revise/change the receipt number it's grayed out and many fields are grayed out. is there any way to change before posting?

JDE E1 9.2/9.2.0.7 on Windows platform
