Program: Revalue Balance is warning out

Hi SME's,

user has run the program "Program-Revalue Balance" but it is warning out due missing exchange currency rate for one currency. out of 3 currency rates, 2 currency rates related JV generated.

our question is here, as per warning message we define exchange rate for missing one. In this situation if we run second time, whether system will generate any duplicate journals once again for already created other than newly define currency rate.

Below one is the warning message:
