EBS Data masking

Hello ,

We have a requirement to  mask couple of columns in  EBS tables.      We do not have EM installed and hence cannot use  EBS EM data masking pack.    Is there any other way to achieve data masking.     The columns are   SSN , credit card etc.  

Oracle database version .   12.1.0.2

EBS : R12.1.3

OS: Linux .6.6
