3 issues during BIP report design process

Currently I have a report design with below 3 requirements:
1. The count of row should be more than 50, and it seems impossible to insert all the column to design page
2. Report need to based on the due days column to fill the amount into different column, like 1-30 days, 31-60 days etc. I found no function can meet this requirement.
3. The total line should be more than 60,000, and it is hard to display or export the excel file from BIP system.

Please help if you can give the way to meet these 3 requirements.
