Error in Uploading documents in Journal Entries

Hi All,

we are getting an error while uploading documents in Journal Entries.

The error says "The Page cannot be displayed"  Make sure the web page "EBS login URL (here it gives the ebs login URL)" is correct.

This is happening on production, while it is working fine in Non-prod.

Can some body please kindly help us here. It's affecting the end users.
