Advanced Lot Preference

Does Advanced Lot Preference Type 23, work with Warehouse management?  We have ADVLOT seq 10 under ADVPREF schedule, created an item group based on PRP9 and customer group based on cat code 29 Commitment Date Method = 1 for lot expiration date

Lot expiration date method = 1 for on hand date

Shelf life is populated as are the 5 user lot default dates, yet the lot preference is picking a lot that is expired, though based on the preference detail, should be picking a lot that has not expired.

We have system constants set to allow Ship Ascending Date Rule and Advanced Preference, though I noticed there is not an exit to the preference values revisions where the check best before date, commitment date method, check exp date and check sell by date are flagged.
