Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Moving to amazon AWS - how to convert to know what we need?

Currently running on T5-4 with several ldoms.

As an example, one ldom runs with 8 hard partioned cores so (with the multiplier of 0.5) it needs 4 Oracle DB licenses.

Not only is licensing different on AWS (one licence per vCPU) is there a tool that will allow us to size what we need on AWS?
