Oracle Custom Package porcustb.pls

Good morning,

Oracle Custom Package porcustb.pls is throwing a duplicate error message (below) when a value to be restricted is selected.  Has anyone come across this and did you discover a fix?

Error

  1. Row 1 Error - Error: The selected CO: 003 is in the process of being disabled.  Please select another CO.
  2. Row 1 Error - Error: The selected CO: 003 is in the process of being disabled.  Please select another CO.
