GLN number in PO module

We are in process of implementing iProcurement module as part of Our OeBS. We can see that as of today standard OeBS does not support GLN (Global location number) solution. 

Therefore we will implement it as the customization to PO module. We would like to use one of the attribute or segment from po_headers_all to store GLN number. 

Does any of you have any exprience with that? Any help will be appreciated.
