Is there "central entry" for my wallet transactions similar to "Travel and Expenses > Expense Report

Is there a 'central entry' component or content reference for my wallet transactions?  Currently, we are required to setup each cardholder in authorize expense users to our Controller's office to grant them access to make changes to a cardholder's my wallet transaction.

There is a central entry for Expense Reports by navigating to "Travel and Expenses> Expense Reports > Create/Modify" 

Is there similar functionality for My Wallet transactions?
