R12.2.8 upgrade stuck due to adop issue.

Hello,

I was in process of upgrading from R12.1.3 to R12.2.8.     we completed upgrade to R12.2 and enabled online patching.    During R12.2.8 upgrade the patch failed and I fixed the failure,    However ,restart failed with following issue

PROGRAM : (/app sR122 /KESSIT/fs1/EBSapps/appl/ad/12.0.0/bin/adzdoptl.pl)

TIME : Wed Nov 7 09:53:17 2018

FUNCTION: ADOP::GlobalVars::_GetMandatoryArgs [ Level 1 ]

ERRORMSG: Cannot identify any valid application tier nodes in

ADOP_VALID_NODES table. Ensure AutoConfig has been run on all nodes.

To fix this,  I executed EXEC FND_CONC_CLONE.SETUP_CLEAN;     and tried to run   autoconfig in both db and apps tier.    However now , autoconfig is failing with following error
