Error on TFA install (cached_kv.out does not exists)

in AHF - Autonomous Health Framework (TFA - ORACHK) (MOSC) Question

Hi,

On installing TFA v18.3.3, the install an error is displayed:

Running Inventory in All Nodes...

Enabling Access for Non-root Users on dms-db-cluster-active-standby-1...

ERROR: /opt/oracle.tfa/tfa/dms-db-cluster-active-standby-1/tfa_home/internal/cached_kv.out does not exists

Adding default users to TFA Access list...

Users have been added ok. e.g.

tfactl access lsusers

The cached_kv.out file doesn't exist - is this an issue ?

(Other than the error, the installation appears successful)
