APP-ORA-01238-Cannot set value for Field UOM.UNIT_OF_MEASURE

Dear All,

Capturing the translated value for Unit Of Measure in Japanese Language. After saving getting error as the value is updated. please re-query back. Upon clicking OK, giving error- APP-ORA-01238-Cannot set value for Field UOM.UNIT_OF_MEASURE. Referring to see Data base error in Help>Diagnostic>View Data Base Error. No error message upon clicking on display.

Have any one faced this issue in past? Please suggest.
