APP-WIP-25065: No quantity left to allocate against this SO/Line/Delivery

Scenario -

Create Sales Order (ATO Enabled Item) -- Currently Line Status - Supply Eligible

User has created Work Order (Manually ) and try to link with above Sales Order.

While linkage we are getting below error.

APP-WIP-25065: No quantity left to allocate against this SO/Line/Delivery.

When we checked that work order --- In Reservation screen we are not able to see any details.

Please suggest.
