Telesales Universal Search doesn't work
Hi!
We have upgraded our EBS from 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.7 and use Telesales. The TeleSales “Universal Search/Quick Search" for organization found no records, although the LOV found some records.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation path: Telesales Resp > Universal Search > Find "Organization" > Tab "Quick Search" > Select "Organization"
1. Enter first characters of organization name "Bxxxk%"
2. Click on "..." (LOV)
3. LOV Organization displayed some results
4. Select one result with status active and click OK
5. Click "Search"
6. No result are displayed => Error Message “APP-AST-207295: Query Caused No Records To Be Retrieved”
