Dynamic translation in BIP

Hi

We have a requirement to translate date formats for specific languages. For ex: Japanese date format should be YYYY/MM/DD and for German it should be yyyy.mm.dd and rest of the languages it should be dd-mon-yyyy.

Is there a way to achieve this in the xlif translation ?
