457 deduction from supplemental pay -further info

I have a supplemental earnings that I need to have our 457 deduction taken from.

from the previous question in 2013, I did verify that the Balance Feed of "457" Eligible Comp is there.

but I am still not able to have the 457 deduction taken.

Our original configuration of the 457 element is to include in Run Type = Regular, not All.

Is this the issue?

How can we get around this and not create a new 457 element??
