What drive the "Leave Accrued to" Date and the "As At date" on P053020?

Hi All

Please assist me with any information regarding the following scenario.

The Payroll for monthly employees has been run as at 31 Oct 2018, however, the "Leave Accrued to" Date and the "As At" date on  P053020  reflect 31 July 2018 instead of 31 October 2018. How can I get these dates to default to the end of the last payroll period run?
